Before You Register
The essentials on registration, categories, and race day.
Registration is 100% done through the PLN Mobile app — there is no other way to sign up. It's straightforward:
- Download or update the PLN Mobile app to the latest version.
- Open the Events menu.
- Select Electric 5K Series and the city you want (Jakarta, Yogyakarta, or Bali).
- Choose your ticket type and complete payment in the app.
There is a single category: 5K. It's exactly the same across all three cities — Jakarta, Yogyakarta, and Bali. One distance, one spirit, wherever you run.
The cut-off time (COT) is 40 minutes from the start. Finish your 5K within that window to be recorded as a finisher.
The minimum age is 14, calculated as of Race Day. Open to both men and women — Indonesian citizens (WNI) as well as foreign nationals (WNA) holding a valid passport.
Yes. Participants who are under 17 on Race Day must submit a permission letter from both parents when collecting their race pack. The permission-letter template can be downloaded here.
Yes, provided they: report to the Organizer, attach a doctor's certificate, and sign a statement letter no later than 7 days before Race Day via email. The statement-letter template can be downloaded here. The Organizer reserves the right to end participation on health grounds.
Speed 100 — a reward for the 100 fastest finishers in each city (50 men & 50 women): an exclusive windbreaker.
Land Strike — a 200-meter sprint zone in the middle of the route; the fastest time claims the city's Sprint King & Sprint Queen titles, with no extra registration.
The race pack contains a jersey, your BIB number, a tote bag, and products from our sponsors.
The race pack is not shipped to your address and cannot be collected on Race Day. Collection can be delegated to another person (a Race Pack Collector) with a printed letter of authorization, the collection ticket email, and the original IDs of both parties. One Race Pack Collector may collect a maximum of 3 race packs in a single queue. The letter-of-authorization template can be downloaded here.
The collection schedule and location, including BIB number information, will be communicated via an official email from the Organizer.

No. The registration fee is non-refundable for any reason whatsoever. The Organizer also reserves the right to cancel a confirmed registration if data that is untrue, false, or incomplete is found.
No. The BIB number is your personal identity and may not be exchanged or transferred. Selling or transferring a registration slot/BIB results in disqualification and a ban from similar events in the future.
Not permitted on the Race route, among others:
- pets (leashed or not);
- motor vehicles, bicycles, roller skates, skateboards, strollers, wheelchairs, or other unofficial mobility aids;
- covering the face while running;
- clothing or attributes for political/religious campaigning or promotional/advertising material;
- attributes that could be mistaken for official signals, and sound-producing devices that disturb other participants.
Baggage storage runs from 04:00 to 08:30 WIB, on showing your BIB and completing the storage form. Do not store valuables — the committee is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, damaged, or stolen during the event.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Race in the event of force majeure — for example natural disaster, flood, fire, disease outbreak, civil unrest, or government policy. In such cases, the registration fee is not refunded.
Prize disbursement is processed within 45 working days of Race Day. Cash prizes are subject to tax under applicable law, and the tax is borne by the Winner. Make sure your bank account and address details are accurate so disbursement isn't delayed.
